Leucadia Club (“the Club,” “we,” “us”) is a private members’ social club at 828 N Coast Hwy Ste E, Encinitas, CA 92024. This policy explains what information we collect through the Club’s member portal and text message alerts, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Member details you or the Club provide: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and profile information you choose to add.
• Your text alert setting: whether you have turned on “Text me when someone @mentions me in a post.”
• Records of texts we send you, such as the date, time, and delivery status.
• The members portal records when members sign in and which portal pages they view, visible only to club admins, kept 180 days.

How we use it

We use this information to run the member portal and to send the text alerts you have turned on. We do not use your phone number for marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information, including your phone number and your consent to receive texts, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the portal and deliver texts (for example, our hosting and SMS delivery providers), and only as needed to provide that service, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can turn text alerts off at any time on your My profile page in the member portal, or by replying STOP to any text. Reply HELP for help. To ask about, correct, or delete your information, email admin@leucadiaclub.com.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. The member portal requires a personal sign-in.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
